Document Attachments

We’ve added the ability to upload documents to each of your resources. Whether it be a tenancy or a contractor invoice, you can keep you documents organised and consolidated.

May 2023

Track your payments

Better manage your tenant rent payments as well as your cashflow with our new rent payments feature. Just enable rent payments on any of your tenancies and we’ll keep track of which payments have been made and what is owed on each of your properties.

Dark Mode

We’ve added dark mode based on your system preferences. This means that our application will now automatically adapt to your device’s display settings and give you a bold user interface thats easier on your eyes.

Property & Tenancy Archiving

We’re working on the ability to archive your assets. Whether you have some associated documents you need to hold on to or a property you may need to keep record of, you’ll be able view all of your previous records in the archive.
